  Hi! I’m Carmen Ritz, your local State Farm Agent proudly serving Durham, RTP, Raleigh, and the greater Triangle area. Since opening my agency in 2009, I’ve made it my mission to help people feel informed and supported when it comes to protecting what matters most.   Originally from Tennessee, I studied in Florida before planting roots here in Raleigh, which I now proudly call home. I understand the unique insurance needs of our region — from historic neighborhoods and new builds to condos and college rentals. My team and I believe in thoughtful, personal service with a friendly touch. You’ll often find Teddy, my lovable office dog, greeting visitors and keeping us company.

  Outside of the office, I stay involved in causes that mean a lot to me, including the Frankie Lemmon Foundation and Saving Grace dog rescue. You’ll also catch me at the NC State Fair each fall — it’s a favorite tradition for my family and one of the many reasons I love living here.
