  Hi! I’m Carmen Ritz, your local State Farm agent serving Durham, RTP, Raleigh and the Triangle area. Since opening my agency in 2009, I’ve been committed to helping individuals and families find coverage that truly fits their needs — whether you’re new to the area or have called North Carolina home for years.

  Originally from Tennessee, I studied in Florida before making Raleigh my forever home. I’ve come to understand the unique insurance needs of our area, from historic homes to city condos.

  At our office, we believe in friendly, personalized service — and that includes a warm welcome from Teddy, my lovable office dog who’s often found keeping me company.

  Outside of the office, I stay active in the community through causes I care about, including the Frankie Lemmon Foundation and Saving Grace dog rescue. You’ll also catch me at the NC State Fair every fall — a favorite tradition in my family!
